Julian had moved on from his meal at the cafe as noon passed, instead he was taking time to just relax as much as possible in Hills park, allowing himself to almost get lost in the ambience. At least until he heard the unmistakeable sounds of gunshot instinctively turning the wheelchair around as he tried to identify where the shooting came from, one hand reaching for the gun he carried, the other hand going for the phone to hit the emergency speed dial number for the CSI department. Maybe not a normal, but it was easier for him to try and contact the head of CSI then the police - one number vs three. Just as he hit the dial button he felt someone collide into his wheelchair knocking it over and sending him flying to the hard floor, unable to help the yell of pain that escaped, dazed by the force of his head hitting the pathway. It had also taken the gun out of reach as it was still in the overturned wheelchair. He thought he could hear someone talking through the phone but at that point his focus was on the fleeing individuals totally dazed. His gaze also fell on a small piece of paper that had floated to the ground out of the bag. Painfully moving himself nearer wheelchair forgotten about for now he hunted in the pockets of his jacket for a spare set of gloves pulling one on to pick the paper up finally pulling his phone out his pocket. {"Hello? This is Julian Dickson, There's been gunshots, I'm uninjured, I got knocked out my chair..... I think I spotted the suspects fleeing the area.... I've also found....a picture"} was his only words unable to help the shake in his voice as he spoke watching his surroundings warily. {"I'm at Hills Park, near the city hall"}
